香港連鎖嘅餐廳實在太多,各大商場嘅食肆幾乎完全一樣。如果想搵到師傅精心嘅出品,真係要落足心機去搵,舊區小店命中率會高好多。佐敦文英街嘅晴の居酒屋,聽職員講其實唔係開咗好耐,地方雖然唔係好大,但係裝修落足心機,佈置到成個日本咁,而且仲貼咗好多漫畫嘅海報,仲有一幅富士山。餐廳旁邊仲有一個榻榻米,一班朋友可以包嗰個房爆食飯。Menu設計精緻,天婦羅 串燒 一品料理 刺身 壽司都有得,小店嘅講都算多選擇。◾︎芝士年糕◾︎牛舌芯芝士年糕,上枱嘅時候係啱啱整好,軟綿綿嘅表面再加入面嘅流心,正!牛舌芯,用上咗最幼嫩一節,質感柔軟,肉汁豐富。◾︎原隻吉列蝦 ◾︎日本南瓜天婦羅 吉列蝦,炸到好脆身,好乾爽,唔會過分油膩。可以連埋個頭食,肉質好彈牙又甜。◾︎銀鱈魚西京燒必點!混成西京漬,味道帶甜,肉質細緻、油脂豐厚又多汁,師傅將個表面煎到好焦香,魚油四散。◾︎鵝肝黑松露多士好肥美!配上黑松露,淨係香味已令人垂涎,配上多士減少油膩感,一件太邪惡要同人share!!
