To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽說旺角東帝京酒店的獅房菜推出了宮廷菜系列,重陽節就和家人一起去體驗了一把。廚師發辦形式的宮廷菜,有8道菜,9道菜和12道菜三種。九九重陽節,我就選了9道菜的。小朋友就單獨點了叉燒飯。這套宮廷菜以故宮博物館中乾隆皇帝的飲食為靈感創作,餐廳還很貼心地提供了各種拍照道具,真是一秒穿越回古代。每上一道菜,服務員也會介紹該道菜的典故和食材用料等,很是享受。而每一道菜的菜名也是很有“宮”味:隨 園 – 燕窩.荔枝.豆花典 藏 – 素餡餃子.鹵香鴨舌.油燜筍.桂花腩叉琺 琅 – 白菜.花膠.豆腐湯御 品 – 豆酥.御栗.皇帝魚侍 衛 – 抓炒.蝦仁鰒 魚 – 煎金蠔.扣鮑魚風 荷 – 白玉.鴨子.一品湯 餅 – 半生瓜.肚絲.蔥油面套 印 – 玉璽糕
