To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期再去喜滿樓食晚飯,被少鹽少油吸引,叫了三個好味菜式:芝麻雞每桌必點!酥脆的外皮上鋪了滿滿的芝麻,一上桌就聞到了香味,超級無敵香!雞肉也不柴,很嫩入味,一口咬下去外酥里嫩,配上芝麻醬又是另一種風味,口感很豐富。雞肉是鹽焗風味。椒鹽鮮魷一口咬下去好脆,外皮超級酥脆,是那種老式炸物的味道,魷魚的口感也非常的新鮮,怕膩可以沾上配的喼汁,食落更好味。豉汁排骨蒸陳村粉係意外驚喜的一道菜!我認為係全場最佳,份量足夠,排骨是豉汁風味。陳村粉是最絕的,超級入味,軟糯的口感得到了我和朋友一致好評,吃到最後一直在找還有沒有陳村粉的殘骸。
