To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日都唔知係邊隊對邊隊，唔通係碧咸對C朗？真係諗起都覺得好靚仔呀！！！但好似掛咗靴喇喎…你個M佬原來今日要睇波，但又應承我去鋸扒，結果就帶我去到好有外國Feel嘅The Trafalgar Brewing Company，我就用咗90分鐘鋸扒，你就用咗90分鐘睇波。烤新西蘭肉眼扒：濃濃嘅炭火燒烤味，5成熟仲燒到有網紋，好靚仔呀！肉質表面微焦內裡嫩滑，夠晒嫩口Juicy！牛味夠晒香濃，唔錯！原隻德國鹹豬手：大大塊木板上面，有一隻好大隻嘅豬手，豬手預先切件，好貼心好方便！每一塊都夠晒皮脆，脂肪同肉嘅比例啱啱好，加埋少少蜜糖芥末醬，真係好match！不過，唔知係未燒耐咗，肉質唔算太滑。蜜糖芥茉燒雞翼：雞翼充滿蜜糖芥末醬，大大隻又好好味呀！而且雞翼燒得夠晒脆，一啖咬落去，肉汁咇晒出黎，好罪惡呀！迷你漢堡：4件迷你漢堡，一啖一件，菂菂骰骰，好鬼招積！鮮牛肉打成漢堡，夠晒嫩滑，又唔嚡。鍾意食漢堡必點！
