To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陪伴我們成長的大家樂, 其實係我地不經不覺間已變得滿目全非了。 可是, 我還是喜歡大家樂的, 最緊要係佢地既友善笑容。有樣野永遠都無變, 就係佢地既singnature dish: 一哥焗豬扒飯。 我從小就唔鐘意食豬肉, 所以從來無叫過, 但媽媽就係fan史, 每次外賣也好堂食也好對住佢都係一哥焗豬扒飯, 你話史味? 細個偶爾都偷D飯尼食下, 個邊窿窿地既茄汁嘮飯確實獨樹一格, 唔知而家重係米用石紙包住架呢?而我, 自從大家樂有燒味部之後, 我就獨愛叉反, 無錯係叉反, 唔係叉燒飯。 分別在於夠唔夠地, 東方新地個地, 係陰上聲既。 我覺得大家樂既叉反夠晒地, 尤其當放lunch一班地盤師傅成群蜂擁而至, 一人整翻一碟燒味系, 確夠風味! 成件事變得特別完整。 我最怕唔地既叉燒飯, 果D求其叉燒通常較硬, 但濕, 個邊膠膠地有層野, 個邊咸個心無味似柴皮, 含C得留既神韻。 大家樂既叉反較貼近街檔, 但比專做燒味系既檔就差d, 叉燒偏乾偏瘦, 汁較少, 少油, 唔夠甜, 汁偏重豉油味, 無果種花椒八角調味過既汁既味道, 不過又係霸權問題, 人家2,30蚊大大碟好食過你, 大家樂靜交租都
