To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佳肉勿硯山少辣～等咗好耐，終於可以喺中環食譚仔喇！譚仔最近喺中環站開咗新店，仲充滿特色添！一入去就見到用寫咗 “譚仔話” 嘅牆，好有親切感🤪，再配合摩登裝修，仲有霓虹光管嘅裝飾，就算喺中環都無格格不入嘅感覺，仲有陣陣譚仔味添！新裝修多咗好多卡位, 同埋顏色用得好match, 帶住小朋友都冇問題, 唔會坐得好逼! 同埋最近疫情又嚴重咗, 譚仔姐姐上菜時都會俾口罩信封, 所以見其他客人都唔會將口罩周圍擺, 感覺比較衛生! 佢地仲新出咗川風香辣黑柏葉，一貫麻而不太辣嘅作風，好滋味！各位中環人，lun廚可以食譚仔喇！
