To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到金華冰室，一定要試試它的菠蘿油和蛋撻； 但由於我們都還沒食飯，所以先點了是日快餐免治牛窩蛋飯和乾炒牛河。 乾炒牛河很出色；相反，免治牛窩蛋飯有點失色，上菜時竟然沒有蛋在上面，本來打算放棄追問，慢慢食，之後發現到窩蛋真的蝸居了在裡面。最後，一定要吃的菠蘿油。 菠蘿包真的很好吃。 如果不想吃太多牛油，單點招牌菠蘿包都可以試到那個滋味。蛋撻以這個價錢來說已經不錯。場內冷氣很大，所以食物都好快會冷卻，比原來的未那麼好吃。旅客估多數，不過熱辣辣的菠蘿包確實不錯，可惜有最低消費一杯飲品。吃一個菠蘿包跟奶茶都24塊錢了！
