To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去大家樂吃午餐都勁多人，今日都不例外，等了十分鐘才找到拉，今次我地叫了二個午餐都有飲品送，質素都保持到吾錯好味。吉列豬扒鰻魚飯，今次叫左少飯，黎到餸多過飯勁開心，整體味道好味又足料，炸得剛好又吾油，鰻魚微暖，最後食完堅飽。咖喱牛肺，咖喱吾夠辣，但幸好牛腩夠淋身，而且白飯份量都吾少。再加八蚊左右有菜，夠入味但偏淋左少少。飲品我地二人都係叫咖啡，咖啡一開，嗅到濃郁咖啡香，而味道夠濃和香，跟餐都幾抵飲。
