To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前Lunch成日都食譚仔, 但最近都無咩點食, 行過決定入去食返碗酸辣米線一坐底餐牌都唔使睇 即刻同阿姐落左一碗雞肉魚腐酸辣米線等左5分鐘左右, 就已經有得食啦一黎就飲返啖酸辣湯先, 非常開胃! 雞肉無咩特別, 魚腐就咬落好淋身, 不過不失米線份量算多, 不過因為太肚餓既關係 成碗都比我清哂!
