To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向都係元氣既鐵粉，價錢公道而且食物質素都有水準，平時放假都會整返餐，呢日放假又想食返餐壽司，近近地落樓下元氣食返餐先，未到晚飯時間都冇咩人，一入去就有位見到有新野食，不過就有限定時間推出，今日就冇咩想試其他野食都係keep住平時咁每次必點既手卷，只因每次食塊紫菜都仲係脆既，不過今日既紫菜就似乎唔夠新鮮辣味三文魚，淘大呢間元氣整得好好食，每次都要叫兩客先夠食壽司維持水準都幾新鮮最後埋單兩個人2百幾，呢個價錢都可以接受既
