To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王喺香港都開咗一段時間，啲分店越開越多，今日突然好想食拉麵，所以就選擇左呢一間🤗🤗🤗咁我就選擇咗最傳統嘅豬骨湯未，不消一會兒，新鮮熱辣嘅拉麵就放咗喺我眼前。另外餐廳亦好貼心地有檸檬嘅水供應，清新嘅感覺實在好適合配搭拉麵。咁因為佢有一啲比較個人化嘅選擇例如可以選擇蔥你多少同埋拉麵嘅程度。首先我就飲咗一啖湯，濃郁嘅豬骨湯實在令我感到非常滿足，而係佢嘅叉燒易煮得啱啱好，浸左係湯一段時間亦唔會太凍😄💛果然係我最愛嘅拉麵店舖之一
