疫情嚴峻,大家都冇機會外遊,加上新年,食盆菜都食到怕,又掛住日本,唯有約朋友喺香港嘆日本菜☺️初四中午又返去之前食過嗰間Minori(豐)Omakase,🍣🍣以為疫情會小咗人出來吃飯,我book了中午十二時,一開門見到差不多滿座,有點覺得意外🙄好熱鬧😁當天我們點了兩位廚師發板,當日招呼是梁師傅,前菜有螢光魷魚,師傅話這是季節性食物,還有梭子魚😍沙甸魚,同最特別嘅海藤花(師傅介紹喺八爪魚嘅春)比較少有⋯⋯我聽都未聽過呢樣野🤭賣相好靚,我朋友都話好濃郁,但我本人就不太喜歡這味道😬我較為喜歡拖羅,三款不同部位拖羅用紫菜夾住呢個真係冇得輸,咬落去又香又甜😋😋😋我喜歡這間餐廳,樓面廚師都好親切☺️地鐵站一出就係非常方便所以我會經常來👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
