To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路經美麗華商場,到翠亨邨酒家吃午餐。這裏是米芝蓮推介的食府。由於只有兩個人,所以點了不多的食物。點了一個紅燒乳鴿、叉燒包和鯪魚球豆腐唐生菜。乳鴿體型比較少應該是妙齡乳鴿,炸得皮脆,味道非常不錯,雖然體積比較少但價錢不算貴。叉燒包是傳統的味道,可以吃到蠔油叉燒的鮮味,我覺得包點是比較甜了一些。大家知道豆腐和唐生菜都是沒有什麼味道,只是靠那個湯汁,他們這個魚湯底熬得非常濃,而且很有鮮味,所以豆腐和蔬菜吃起來也不覺得無味。鯪魚球數量不少,雖然味道一般但也是很不錯,兩個人埋單也只是$400多點,算在不貴了。但很奇怪這樣高級的食府洗手間的硬件和衛生比較差,希望他們可以改善!
