To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然而家外送速遞盛行, 但大家可能忙卻了, 以前茶餐廳風氣, 構築左好多外賣仔既出現. 懶起上黎, 又想食美食, 仍然保留舊式茶記既三和, 絕對幫倒馬鞍山區既居民.豉椒排骨炒河, 看似老土, 但要好食, 唔一定每間都做倒, 越係簡單既菜式, 要做到極致, 都唔係一朝一夕. 河粉雖然唔會好似粉麵舖咁幼滑, 但炒出黎既鑊氣, 加上醬汁, 仲有入味而唔靭既排骨, 簡直perfect match, 而且有杯熱飲奉送添.豬扒炒烏冬雖然偏油, 但係令烏冬炒得好香, 軟硬適中, 色水同味道都洽到好處, 而且豬扒都好淋, 仲要都幾多塊, 差少少就食唔晒成盒添.

豬扒炒烏冬雖然偏油, 但係令烏冬炒得好香, 軟硬適中, 色水同味道都洽到好處, 而且豬扒都好淋, 仲要都幾多塊, 差少少就食唔晒成盒添.
