To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大約年半前,曾經到此吃過晩餐,食品水凖平平,沒有任何驚喜,甚至可以説有點失望!直到最近,赴朋友的午餐邀約,才重臨舊地!感覺完全不一樣了,佈置依舊典雅,充滿中國色彩,食品水準奇高!令人激賞!首先,前菜是芝麻蜜糖合桃,合桃夾雜芝麻,香脆可口,並不太甜,吃到停不了囗!🦐餃: 新鮮,爽滑,弾牙!帶子燒賣: 結實,少肥肉,味道好小籠包:味道很有層次,不用加醋,很夠味炒腸粉:懷舊風味,芽菜鮮甜,每條腸粉都沾滿甜豉油,味道剛剛好!燒味:燒腩仔-皮脆,肉香滑,叉燒-柔軟又嫩,精彩之作,海浙皮-爽燉湯-響螺、冬菇、鷄...足料,湯香濃,冇添加甜品: 旦白杏仁茶,真材實料,超好味!棗黃糕,棗香撲鼻,糕有彈性,正呀!今次的午餐,水凖一流,真是可以平反上次的差強人意水準!
