To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日(28-3-2016 Mon)復活節星期一,2:00pm同老公去買餸,我o地o係屋企食完(早)餐冇耐,但佢都係要食o野.=.=”咁食tea啦,大家樂好冇?但多人,我話咁大快活啦.老公問我係bad list o左佢咩?我話佢成日都話OK,不如我俾機會佢啦.於是行o黎呢間,我決定要$29.00紅豆冰蜜汁燒雞髀餐,老公要$29.00o既迷你泰式,酸辣湯孖寶米綠(肉丸+扎肉),改蒜香豬肉湯底,飲熱檸水.都好耐,佢至拎到o黎,我o既蜜汁燒雞髀唔大件,紅豆冰7成係奶,3成係紅豆,飲吓先,味道比較淡,紅豆冇起沙但好夠腍,攪勻o黎飲就微甜,感覺好返少少.味道: 2.9分而蜜汁燒雞髀呢,竟然唔錯,甜甜地o既外皮煎脆,雞肉汁多肉嫩,令我有啲改觀.味道: 5分食o左一半同老公交換,佢o既迷你蒜香豬肉湯孖寶米綠除o左肉丸同扎肉外,都有芽菜仔,食落蒜香味淡淡的.肉丸扎肉都切成半件,扎肉味道有少少怪,米綠口感正常冇問題.味道: 3分抵食:份量都係迷你級,但都要$29.00,有啲貴.
