To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一件事並非講味道,而係 衛生一個$39 (+$5 加凍綠茶) 鐵板燒豬牛扒到頭來,得隻黑卒卒 滿佈鐵鏽ge鐵碟 仲要係凍ge 匙羹附送洗碗布白毛,配上一手丈食剩飯漬,牢牢緊扣 【駛唔駛咁客氣呀? 】話晒假假地都係一間連鎖快餐碟,俾幾廿蚊要求至少份餐具要衛生 不為過吧?人地大排檔都乾淨過呢間咁ge野第二,味道生鏽冷鐵碟燒豬牛扒: 滿口梳打粉味 !! 好彩有汁遮一遮 唔係都幾難啃 加埋隻生鏽碟 望住都唔開胃 洋蔥唔煮熟! 味帶苦辣 點頂? 我依家唔係食沙津wor 豆角唔煮熟! 咁我不如去街市現買現食 焗薯冇薯味 仲好多濕 建議連皮焗同再焗乾d!
