To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好老實講小編真係好耐冇食過牛腩麵，嚟到呢間天后清湯腩聽聞佢哋嘅牛腩麵相當之出名尤其係崩沙腩，有一日放工小編就膽粗粗自己一個人去到呢間舖頭嗌咗一碗牛肚崩沙腩麵，一食真係驚為天人超級好味。點解呢因為其實佢哋個牛肚相當之彈牙，但同時間用牙齒輕輕一咬又已經斷，另外講到主角嘅崩沙腩比一般嘅牛腩更加軟更加有口感。小編點會食一碗麵就夠啦我當然加咗佢哋最出名嘅炸魚皮同埋佢哋嘅滷水蘿蔔，配埋一齊食真係大滿足小編真係誠意推薦一間餐廳俾大家。
