第一次去板長食野,冇試佢嘅招牌,但係就試咗佢嘅啲散嗌嘅壽司:火灸牛脷壽司、原條鰻魚壽司、火炙三文魚壽司...之前係日本睇其他地方食嘅壽司就食得多啦,但係就從來未食過牛內臟嘅壽司。板長嘅火炙牛脷壽司值得一試!烤到大約有八成熟,好香嘅牛味,但係一啲都唔騷。口感食落係軟綿綿但係又有啲彈牙,同一般食開嘅內臟口感好唔一樣。
