To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係平日晚市幫襯,估唔到都座無虛席,睇黎無揀錯。核桃燻蛋蛋黃帶點流心,蛋白外層煙熏味好香,合桃被蜜糖包裹着,好美味,必試項目。擔擔麵好細心,落單嘅時候已經問我地使唔使分開兩碗上,味道方面,個肉醬夠濃,唔錯!韭黃炒鱔糊呢一款上海菜,喺唔同鋪頭炒出嚟有唔同嘅風格,黎到呢度點可以錯過。黃膳肉真係唔少,幾抵食,亦都好新鮮。火腿津白個汁做得好好,帶點奶油味,而津白就好清甜,連埋金華火腿一齊食,配搭得宜樟茶大鴨(半隻)個皮好脆,鴨肉冇騷味,旁邊嘅麵包令到食落冇咁膩。炸銀絲卷發覺近來唔係每間上海店都有得點呢個菜式,雖然好普通嘅一個菜式,但真係好好食,外層脆卜卜,麵包帶點甜味
