To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最鍾意食壽司, 所以好多壽司舖都會去試. 元氣一直都有支持, 畢竟做會員做左咁多年. 坊間多左好多迴轉壽司店, 但始終不離不棄既只有元氣. 講質素一直都keep到, 而服務更加係返轉頭再幫襯既原因. 今次黎食左最愛既海膽, 幾鮮甜, 以咁既價錢算唔錯. 油甘魚同劍魚都好新鮮, 唔會係啱啱係雪櫃攞出黎咁有成層冰. 鍾意食炸蝦卷既朋友一定要試下呢度既出品, 又熱又脆, 好好味. 元氣卷都係好介紹, 反而推介既彩虹卷就麻麻. 呢度既手卷都ok, 可以試下軟殼蟹或者海膽, 兩樣都幾好. 要軟殼蟹既話, 記得要多d醬, 咁樣會好味d. 臨走一定會食個蒸蛋, 幾飽都會食, 因為實在太好味.
