話系英國二星廚師開的新店,當然要試下啦。用電話預訂,好有禮貌,然後再email confirm, 到預訂前兩日再remind 同 confirm, 幾細心。去到未到12點以為佢吾比入,原來已經有一台客,男經理好有禮貌,詳細介紹午餐有乜,然後每道菜上菜亦有介紹。整體設計,味道和質量都好高,但可能肉類和沙拉數量都太小,有D失色。pumpkin, nashi pear, bay leaf~ 真系好薄皮啊!一拿起就爛了一個,所以要小心啊!南瓜帶點酸味,幾開胃。前菜grilled salad, Westcombe, truffle~話系用自己機器種加埋元朗農場有機菜做喔,加埋松露同沙拉醬,很match。cured salmon, crab and sorrel~ 三文魚很嫩,蟹肉雖然睇起來好少,但味道很濃魚上面的菜也感覺很新鮮。主菜duck with sweetcorn, onions, spiced red vinegar~鴨做得好嫩帶D肥油,煎得好香,加醋味醬好夾,配菜就無乜特別codfish, black garlic, sea lettuce, roast bone sauce~codf

~ 真系好薄皮啊!一拿起就爛了一個,所以要小心啊!南瓜帶點酸味,幾開胃。

前菜

~話系用自己機器種加埋元朗農場有機菜做喔,加埋松露同沙拉醬,很match。

cured salmon, crab and sorrel
~ 三文魚很嫩,蟹肉雖然睇起來好少,但味道很濃魚上面的菜也感覺很新鮮。

~鴨做得好嫩帶D肥油,煎得好香,加醋味醬好夾,配菜就無乜特別

~codfish 做得太咸,雖然剛剛熟,但不覺得嫩,

甜品
apple tart, juniper ice cream
~真系好正,上層蘋果有D脆,juniper 帶淡淡的黑啤味道,好特別。

stout, molasses & burnt milk
~上面幾塊好薄好薄的burnt milk, 做得好精致同藝術感。
