To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得再去的菜館

前晚，諗唔到食乜好，同朋友黎到呢間菜館，諗起上次食過覺得好食，所以決定再去試下其他小菜！ 今次食黃金蝦、家鄉咸魚煎肉餅、同欖角肉碎四季豆，樣樣都好食！ 特別係個煎肉餅，好香，食落唔會覺得油膩熱氣，超好食！ 今次都係揀佢既招牌小菜！小炒王有蝦乾，再加埋腰果少量紅椒青椒，好香好食！ 熱辣辣，好惹味！ 再黎沙拉骨配菠蘿。這裹有好多菜式可以預訂，包括芝麻雞、椒鹽飽魚、海鮮，所以下次再食預訂的菜式，尤其是芝麻雞，下次值得再去！
