To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好朋友可能想錫住我荷包揀選左呢間日式創作料理小店，作為補祝佢嘅生日飯好彩壽星女準時到達，加上我預先book位否則唔知要等幾耐先有得食！小店不算大，有裝修，座位好擠迫，我們被分配到一張位於行人通道旁的二人枱，完全無位擺放隨身物品我們分別點了每人一個set及一份小食:- 雙拼：炸明太子釀雞翼及炸芝士餃子釀雞翼即叫即製，好味道- 初見版石燒香草吉列牛肉拼溏心蛋配白飯自已即燒即食，份量唔少，好味道- 日式燒餅汁煎澳洲和牛漢堡配炸薯條朋友話無乜特別，但好味道總括而言，價錢親民，食物質素高，埋單都只係約$300，回頭指數甚高
