發覺好多人都唔知銅鑼灣呢間私房菜🤔我前前後後去過4次,老細都認得我😂介紹咗幾個朋友去食,佢哋嘅feedback都唔錯啊。每次都係老細發板,所以每次都試到啲新野。今次都有幾款,令我同朋友都印象深刻☺️前菜係蜜瓜沙律🥗呢個配搭對我嚟講幾新鮮,望落去綠色一片以為平平無奇,點知有驚喜。主要係蜜瓜超甜,沙律菜又夠新鮮,配埋少少黑醋汁同黑椒已經好正。慢煮鴨胸配香橙汁🦆鴨胸盡量去除鴨肥,先煎後慢煮,肉質好稔滑又有肉汁,橙香味酸酸甜甜都好突出,整體感覺好清新。辣椒膏炒蜆🌶️蜆肉好肥好大隻,夠惹味,辣味適中,我平時食開小辣都食到。
