去灣仔金源小館,無論係lunch定dinner。Book咗台都好,都必定要等位。大概等咗15分鐘,三位嘅我哋,要同另外兩位素未謀面嘅食客搭台。晚餐嘅餐牌,同午餐其實係一樣。當然一定要叫山東燒雞啦,其實我朋友係唔食蒜。老闆二話不說,就冧咗啲蒜汁。啲雞好滑,水準依舊。但如果係熱的話,就會加分好多。無幾耐,鎮江骨就出場啦。如果你需要碟餸撈飯,你一定要叫佢。食過金源咁多次,第一次叫上抽蝦。味道好好,但啲蝦嘅質數就差咗啲啦。雪藏蝦,如果係新鮮蝦,或蝦碌,一定會好好多。最後就係啫啫芥蘭煲。個煲內,有新鮮魷魚,所以好惹味!最後,老闆仲送咗每日新鮮做嘅豆腐花嘅我哋嘆。都係個句,如果係熱的話。會高分啲羅。總結嚟講,係間值得推薦嘅廣東小炒店。
