To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

亞媽生日，一起走去金膳健康素食食晚飯，今次係我第三次到這裏，是值得推薦既食肆。店員極力推薦八人套餐焗吞那魚四蔬，味道普通，內有馬鈴薯，雜菜，素吞那魚西冷素牛扒（西汗），素扒有質感，西汗好好味，讚！包羅萬有（鮑魚扒上素），素扒身爽滑，味道唔錯香酥荔卷（芋頭卷）拼花枝片，芋頭係我既至愛，芋味好香，脆口，花枝片都唔錯。粟米素蝦粒湯伊麵，普通，蝦粒樣子相似度高，但無咩味鴛鴦炒飯，番茄蛋和棷汗，樣子唔好睇，但味道唔錯涼怑火腿拼魚生，涼食，質感爽滑還有竹笙鮑參 以上就係八人套餐 $868金膳聚寶，上層蛋下層豆腐，超好味，一定要推薦！$55 壽包，外層軟熟，豆沙內餡不太甜，正！另外齋鹵味，味汁不濃烈，適中，正！還有甜度適中既紅豆沙送，正！８人共 $1080大家已經定好不久會再來食呀 !
