To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蟹膏檬粉($56),如果你好似我咁,係第一次幫襯,絕對要先試呢一款。湯底好好味(差唔多飲哂成碗),試第一啖酸酸哋,再dap多啖又甜甜哋,成個感覺非常特別,估計係用牛骨湯底再撈埋鮮番茄淆製;配料十足,包括大大pat蟹膏(似有蟹味,蒸老咗嘅雞蛋)、扎肉(口感實淨,中間有啲好似軟骨嘅嘢,好爽口)、鮮蕃茄、豆卜、豬紅、生菜絲;檬粉正常。吹波雞脾飯($68),兩隻細型生炸雞脾,即叫即炸,炸到脆卜卜,味道不錯但不是太特別;飯底係蒜香飯,十分香,即時勾起係菲律賓食過嘅蒜香炒飯。班蘭葉綠豆糕($15),軟軟糯糯,唔太甜,綠豆味唔太重。椰汁紅豆糕($6),正常普通。後記:打呢篇文嘅時候,已經過咗四個鐘,沒有超口渴嘅感覺,即係嗰湯底冇味精啦。
