嚟到唔只係飲咖啡，原來食物都好高質！🥑 Avocado on toast with poached egg 🥚 主角牛油果熟成度剛好，夠林但又不會過熟，份量多到滿瀉，放在酸種麵包上，加點檸檬汁、少許鹽，很不錯！🦑 Squid ink spaghetti aglio e olio shrimp 🦐 意粉上看不見辣椒碎，但一入口就食到香辣味很過癮。意粉硬度適中，亦煮得乾身，因為唔會一pat pat咁。而大蝦也很新鮮夾口，很好吃！當然唔少得咖啡！店員推介他們的手沖咖啡，仔細聽聽佢地唔同咖啡豆的分別，原來佢地的咖啡豆贏過大獎嫁。今次試了兩款咖啡☕Ethiopia Bale Mountain 是日曬咖啡豆水果味味道較突出，香味同入口真的有red berries 的酸甜感！但隨後再飲又會嘗到咖啡的醇厚，很特別呢。另外是來自Kenya Kangocho它是水洗咖啡豆，入口酸度較強和清澈，聞起來有陣陣的黑加侖子飄香。原來睇落顏色分別不大的咖啡，都會有唔同的感覺和變化，平時只飲奶類咖啡，較難飲出咖啡原味，睇尼哩度係一個咖啡學堂呢！
