To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得試下嘅印度餐廳

今日放工同朋友食晚飯，最後揀左呢間以前食過覺得好好味嘅印度餐廳。餐廳位置比較隱蔽，亦都冇乜人光顧，成晚就得我同朋友。兩個人叫左個2人套餐: 有羅宋湯，脆薄餅，咖哩薯仔角，芝士薯仔蛋，燒雞，咖哩牛腩連麵包，飲料，椰汁芒果。呢個脆餅好香，有啲好特別嘅香料，將佢送湯就一流！咖哩薯仔角，好正！熱辣辣食最好，凍左個皮就韌呢份燒雞有4至5塊，都幾辣下，要飲檸檬茶解下辣，雞肉比較乾身同硬，所以我prefer點咖哩汁甘食。跟住就係芝士薯仔蛋，但我食吾出有芝士，而且佢有青豆同莞茜，我吾多中意。所以主要都係食個牛腩，牛腩炆得幾琳，最鍾意都係牛腩個咖哩汁，蘸麵包食好正，有成4,5塊大麵包，吃左甘多餸之後其實已經好足夠，吃埋麵包就超飽。最後就到芒果凍！上面鋪左啲味道好似糖，但又有啲似雪花冰嘅配粉，好正！好彩細細份咋，頭先已經食到飽飽。個芒果凍就不過不失，幾香。
