假期去咗土瓜灣探親戚,去之前上咗Open Rice睇下有咩日本野食。比我發現咗呢間新開既拉麵店,就膽粗粗去試下!一入到去間鋪,待應就好好禮咁安排咗我地既坐位。而環境就感覺乾淨整理,第一印象不錯不錯。我叫咗佢地主打既 “黑鳴虎”,而我媽媽就叫咗 “綠虎”。正常份量既拉麵應該就唔會太飽既,所以我地加咗兩份小食,一份 “鳴虎炸雞” 同一份 “鳴虎炸蝦仔”。“黑鳴虎”湯底係由黑蒜油、墨魚汁同豬骨湯組成。湯底唔算太濃,配埋拉麵食就啱啱好。黑蒜油既味同墨魚汁既味唔會搶咗大家既味,食到淡淡既黑蒜油同墨魚汁味,相輔相成!叉燒同麵底有日本水準。“綠虎”既湯底係芫荽豬骨味,鍾意既朋友就會好鍾意,你明白的,香港唔係太多地方可以食到芫荽味既拉麵,配埋豬骨,鍾意食芫荽既你一定要bookmark呢一間拉麵店!“鳴虎炸雞” 外脆內嫩,入口d汁爆曬出嚟!好正! 而 “鳴虎炸蝦仔” 炸得幾脆,蝦頭脆到可以食埋!份量都幾多,落埋檸檬汁就唔會覺得太油膩!
