To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期前來這裡吃飯好像變了一種習慣,上次來吃團年飯,這次是為了慶祝復活節而來,一班朋友一同吃飯,談談近況說說笑話,實在很開心,而且今晚的主題更是最愛的海鮮呢。蔥花金莎蝦丸($88)。雖然自己膽固醇偏高,要避免吃些蛋黃,可是這個金莎蝦丸賣相實在吸引,蛋黃層夠薄身,完整包裹著蝦丸,肉質彈牙,加上蔥花作點綴,味道層次更豐富。桂花糖脆鱔球($160)。鱔球肉厚肥美,油份十足,炸得夠香脆,配上桂花糖汁,香甜惹味。雙蔥野菌炒鮮鮑片($450)。脆米盞盛著滿滿的洋蔥、青蔥、野菌與鮮鮑片,鮑片是來南非的新鮮四頭鮑,切成薄片,口感爽脆,味道鮮美。XO醬炒象拔蚌仔($368)。象拔蚌仔加入XO醬去炒,口感爽彈,配搭清脆爽甜的窩筍條,惹味十足。古法花膠炆斑翅($648)。最養顏的一道菜,本來炆斑翅已經含豐富的骨膠原,再加上花膠一起去炆,骨膠原含量再大提升。斑翅炆得非常入味,魚皮夠厚身,魚肉亦嫰滑。白酒胡椒汁煎元貝皇($128)。棄用元貝殼盛著,反而選用香脆的米通,這個做法很聰明,因為帶子的鮮味會被米通吸收,丁點醬汁都沒有浪費到。胡椒汁的味道很突出,更加突顯出帶子的鮮味。蝦籽野菌竹笙扒時蔬($198)。是晚的菜

蝦籽野菌竹笙扒時蔬($198)。是晚的菜式全部都很貼題,就連最後的蔬菜,也加入鹹鮮的蝦籽,吃著時蔬之餘也吃到鹹香。

荔枝蓉燉奶。荔枝的清甜味與濃郁的奶香很配合,在燉奶的底部有荔枝肉,帶點微微酸,吃著剛好可以減低飽滯感。

吃到這裡其 實已經飽到不行,但好客的公關朋友送來四款COCO新推出的Cupcake,本來我不太吃Cupcake,因為怕太甜,不過這四款全新Cupcake不單 賣相精緻,甜度也適中,每件也試了一點點,好吃得讓我有衝動想買回去吃。而且太空玻璃窗罩的外賣包裝蓋實在型格,送給朋友的話一定有驚喜!
