之前已經聽同事講過古法烘焙的雞蛋仔有幾好味,但因為太遠,所以一直沒有機會去試。今次同事帶了低糖馬仔和黑糖馬仔比我地做下午茶,yeah!黑糖馬仔,顏色較深,少少脆,又帶點煙韌,不會像傳統馬仔般成手油和黏手的情況,感覺較健康,但可惜是蛋香味不突出。低糖馬仔真的不錯,甜度減了一半,但用上的麥芽糖甜味較輕柔,質地與黑糖馬仔相約,兩者相比較喜歡低糖馬仔。
