烏冬份量唔多,但太子貝有四粒,配料有粟米,海帶同半隻蛋,醬油湯唔太濃,男友覺得失望.蛋黃雖然接近全熟,但蛋白竟然香滑,我覺得其他大路o野

被menu相吸引而叫,o黎到睇真啲,原來係將鵝肝醬塗o係冬菇,就好似三文治咁,然後上漿炸.我一啖咬落去時,食唔到味道,連冬菇味都冇乜,而且都乾乾地.但食到裡面有塊葉,係紫蘇葉.我再細啖咬,就食到淡淡o既冬菇味,而僅有o既鵝肝呢,食唔到味道lu.不過呢個賣相夠靚.但男友就只讚佢o既脆漿夠薄.
