近來減緊肥,朋友約食飯時都有些擔心會唔會無啖好食點知黎到都發現有幾多選擇蕃茄豆腐沙律蕃茄同生菜係蔬果,當然係健康,加上豆腐含豐富蛋白質,加上少少胡麻醬,有益又好味。食完個沙律打左個底,可以食下其他好野了胡麻中華冷面,冷面好開胃,加上青瓜、蟹柳、玉子、雞絲,全是非常有營養,食完都唔會擔心超標火炙芝士香芒蝦卷 雖然炸蝦同芝士有些邪惡,但芝士味道好香可是配搭香芒就不覺得有油膩感而且一舊半舊都唔會好過份者食完仲有雪米滋送,偷偷地食一粒啦!

火炙芝士香芒蝦卷 
雖然炸蝦同芝士有些邪惡,但芝士味道好香
可是配搭香芒就不覺得有油膩感
而且一舊半舊都唔會好過份者
