今日同朋友去左荔枝角個邊上堂,上完堂就順便去到D2 Place到食dinner。由於朋友話今餐想食得健康d,行過見到呢間餐廳嘅餐牌散發着健康嘅感覺,所以就決定入去試下。我叫左呢個慢煮雞肉配海苔飯。雞肉煮得好到位,雖然係雞胸肉,但係就一d都唔實同柴,食落仲有少少肉汁,配上一個微辣嘅醬汁,攞黎送飯一流個飯除左雞肉,仲配有大量蔬菜,例如牛油果,青瓜,菠蘿,提子乾等,真係多菜少肉,非常健康。而朋友就叫左呢個三文魚配沙律。三文魚數量都算多,而且配上自家制和風醬,淡淡酸味,食落非常之開胃。沙律嘅份量都好多,仲有秋葵,毛豆,豆腐,玉子燒等。總括黎講,呢間餐廳可以話係健康人士嘅首選,平時少食蔬菜嘅朋友都可以得閒嚟試下,誠心推介
