早排報咗尖沙咀瑜伽班,想趁有空閒嘅時間段練下身體同埋減肥,所以食飯既時候都唔想太過heavy!!同朋友每次做完yoga,都會喺度享用返個午餐Youni主打健康低卡低脂食物,標榜健康飲食,菜肉同碳水化合物比例適中,比食客可以好放心地享用!餐廳空間不大,健身中心的一個角落,但勝在Open to Public,唔係會員都入得。我哋三個人叫咗三個餐。可以見到一個餐主要分為主食、主菜同埋一啲配菜,$78嘅價錢都算豐富!主食有海南雞、叉燒、雞扒等等,可以見到菜式都係低碳水、高纖維、高蛋白嘅食物,一啲以往固有嘅低脂食物印象,唔係只有雞胸肉揀㗎!個人都好鍾意佢嘅配菜,紫薯球、糖心蛋、同埋蘿蔔湯,清淡簡單得來有好夠味道!係唔錯嘅減肥之選!雖然食物健康,但係味道都唔差,唔會係淡茂茂嘅減肥餐咁!

個人都好鍾意佢嘅配菜,紫薯球、糖心蛋、同埋蘿蔔湯,清淡簡單得來有好夠味道!係唔錯嘅減肥之選!



雖然食物健康,但係味道都唔差,唔會係淡茂茂嘅減肥餐咁!
