間唔時都要食健康啲,呢個烤雞胸焗翠肉瓜糙米拼沙律菜夠晒營養均衡, 除左有以上料仲有蔥吖、紫菜、豆苗等既配料。呢個係熱既沙律,成日食開冷冰冰既,食呢個覺得好舒服。雞胸落左香草烤焗,好香,烤得唔鞋👍🏻不過太多汁,下次可以少/走汁試下🥰份量望落唔多,平時食好多野都意外地飽🤓
