To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

.今日早收工見肚餓，同媽媽去咗食譚仔雲南米線，見到佢有個新出嘅蟲草花雞湯米線，好似幾健康咁，所以就諗住試下😋，加多$8仲可以食埋紅豆椰汁糕，好似幾抵咁，就叫埋啦😝蟲草花雞湯米線 $42一見到個米線就覺得好養生，好足料，有好多蟲草花，杞子同雲耳做配菜，呀媽話女人要食多啲，因為補身得黎又抗氧化🤣仲有竹絲雞蛋同埋雞卷🤤啲雞肉好嫩滑👍🏻個特式湯底好濃，一啲都唔油，有少少藥膳味，好有呀媽靚湯嘅感覺😋紅豆椰汁糕 +$8份量都唔少，都幾抵食。食到好香好清甜嘅椰汁味，又香又滑，配埋紅豆口感極好，簡直係絕配😎呀媽食完都讚，話估唔到會有咁養生嘅餐單，好啱佢食☺️ 不過今日餐廳都多人食要等位，呀媽話下次叫網上外賣平台算，不過就發現原來得個米線可以外賣，甜品就唔可以啦🙈🥺
