To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甘岩呢排都係新蒲崗返工,平時都有食素既習慣,醒起小麥芽有素食便當,又甘岩近我番工既地方,所以就買黎試試佢。買過幾次,通常俾完錢都要等等,相信d菜式唔係一早煮好再放入飯盒,然後保暖,呢樣非常好。而飯盒係錫紙盒,無甘唔環保又可以保溫。飯係白米加糙米,相對健康,同埋蔬菜份量都多,岩哂唔夠菜食既外食一眾😭另外兩個菜式分別係沙茶素雞同泰式素鴨,素雞同素鴨都係平時喺齋舖會食到嗰啲,唔係新式既素肉,不過係調味方面幾有心思,沙茶同泰式酸辣風味都係食得出。份量方面,女仔係足夠,男仔就會未必夠飽。
