灣仔新開不久的華韻廚房,仲以為是茶餐廳原來亦係飯店,據老闆娘講,飯店走健康路線,少油之外,重用新鮮材料。例如我哋點了東江豆腐煲 $98,的確見啲湯冇咩油,豆腐非常滑,鯪魚球亦好吃。鮮果黑醋咕嚕肉 $108 很出色,咕嚕肉肥瘦兼備,咬落很滑,菠蘿是新鮮的,汁黏稠不過酸。用大量豆豉蒜蓉蒸的黃立倉 $78,完全僻走晒可能有啲魚腥味,肉質滑皮都好滑,在外點魚吃收這個價錢很親民。龍仔白鱔荷葉蒸飯 $108 很抵食,份量十足。椒鹽鮮魷 $98 夠酥脆,好吃。最後點埋傳統西多士,係中間有果占的。
