To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我最怕食野味精多又咸又油，喜滿樓除左有多款招牌菜例如芝麻雞、椒鹽鮑魚、黃金蝦、黑醋骨，更推行少鹽少油, 我鐘意! 食了上面幾道拿手菜，真的少鹽少油, 味道仍足夠。我最欣賞是推出多款涼瓜菜式和蒸類菜式，叫了涼瓜洋蔥炒蛋夠滑，叫了涼瓜炆大鱔夠新鮮! 芝麻雞更是獨有，食完才知道什麼叫脆。黑醋骨甜酸恰當，椒鹽鮑魚食過番尋味，外面鬆化，內面軟身又易咬，下次叫多一隻食。食完呢餐完全冇口乾冇味精反應，值得推介比各健康飲食男女。
