夜晚行過旺角,見到有一間鋪好多人食緊,就係十八座狗仔粉。👍🏻我記得細個果時食過,好多好多年無食過,係咩味都吾太記得。🤤🤤聞到佢地既香味,就比佢地吸引左,行左過去睇下。當然,我抵吾住美食既引誘,等左一陣位就坐底食少少霄夜。😂😂我叫左一碗狗仔粉,火鴨脾。碗狗仔粉真係好香,聞一聞已經好想食。食左第一淡,需然佢啲粉好似糊狀咁,但呢個先係佢既精髓所在,吸晒湯既味道,好好味。記得細個屋企人買返黎比我食,都係咁既口感同味道🥺🥺,回憶,青春呀😂😂記得加多啲冬菜,吾怕肥既,可以加錢要豬油渣,會更好味。而隻火鴨脾我係第一次食,佢淡淡肉,好正。我吾知佢用咩汁去整,但係個味好正,鴨肉同啲汁既味出奇地咁夾,一個人食兩樣野,已經好夠。如果想試下香港地道風味,或者重新感受下兒時回憶,好建議大家去試下😂😂👍🏻👍🏻
