To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 但少左份驚喜種類調味比較單一
有大半都係油份比較重嘅魚
當中吞拿魚出現率佔比例好高
調味方面亦冇乜變化
有幾款都係用柚子柑橘類醬汁作調味
個人覺得呢方面有進步空間
環境比較細 尚算坐得舒適
服務都唔錯 但師傅同客人交流比較少
冇咗席前料理嘅精髓 令成個體驗唔係咁完整
價錢可以 都可以試下
