To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽過永年呢個名好耐,個個都係入元朗一定要去永年食車仔麵,但一直都未有機會入元朗食最近佢係尖沙咀開左間分店,終於衝出市區啦,估計都好受歡迎.唔知係米當時9點,比車夜,無想像中咁旺場,唔洗排隊就可以落單買啦要左蘿蔔+雞翼+溏心蛋.首先,個湯底麻麻,不過要讚一讚係會比幾條菜蘿蔔-色水黃黃綠綠,味道怪怪地,同平時食個啲蘿蔔唔同,係有啲甜,但講唔上係清甜,我就唔多岩啦雞翼-正正常常,唔算特別好食,雞翼都唔會難食既溏心蛋-好少會見車仔麵會有溏心蛋,見佢係推介餸菜之一,就試下佢啦...點知...好似好普通,想食溏心蛋既都係去返日本拉麵店食好啲.雖然永年出名係豬紅,但我唔係好岩,所以無試到.本身想試埋個咖央多士,但無乜胃口,都係下次先,不過應該唔會再食佢啲車仔麵,因為覺得好一般,車仔麵有好多更好既選擇
