To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日入元朗探朋友仔,突然好想食車仔麵,就諗起元朗有間老字號車仔麵舖,係元朗住嘅街坊相信都一定好熟悉,甚至有不少區外客亦慕名而來。我地叫咗大碗餸、三餸+菜底、多士、紅豆奶茶冰同樽仔奶茶。大碗餸有十款餸,包括有紅腸、豬腸、蘿蔔、豬紅、雞翼、魷魚、魚蛋、豬皮、雞翼尖同菜,真係十分豐富。湯底味道清甜,用咗老雞、豬筒骨、雞腳、果皮及十多種藥材等熬製3小時,認真花心機。豬腸處理得十分乾淨,炆得非常入味,入口腍身、無羶味。豬紅口感細嫩爽滑,唔會一夾就散。雞翼尖同雞翼都處理得好乾淨,唔會有毛。多士有三種口味選擇,有鮮油、煉奶同班蘭咖央。我地揀咗班蘭咖央,麵包係較厚身,烘到外脆內軟,班蘭咖央醬份量都好多,食落十分滋味。紅豆奶茶冰選用自家煮製紅豆蓉,入口香甜有口感。樽仔奶茶每日新鮮製造,絕無防腐劑,百分百原味,奶茶入口順滑 。
