To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三文魚雪味好重，吃下去時吃不到鮮味 ,只有好重雪味,味道不新鮮湯烏冬,這個反而OK,湯有些小咸 溫泉蛋,還可以蝦刺身,味道一般 併盤,整體一般今日感冒在家休息，屋企人話不如出去行下好過長時間在家,就去了元朗廣場，見到元氣又話吃下這間,我話我在感冒，屋企人話唔怕一次半次冇事,元氣亦好耐冇吃,又冇咩人光顧,我們入到去成個場只有3-4個客人，心知不妙呀，我們點了自選三食，．另点2個刺身,刺身十分不好吃，勁重雪味,其他野食只是一般,環境都OK,服務就一般，元朗旳元氣應該冇下次
