To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都冇食元氣喇！今日經過moko hall 見咗啲口痕想食返幾件壽司，於是上網search就搵到嚟呢間元氣呢度嘅元氣高速線嚟嘅但係同出面其他高速事唔同嘅係佢要用手機dl個app落嚟點落order我覺得呢度啲海膽墨魚嘅醬比出面平時食開嘅濃味，真係唔錯幾好食 三文魚就唔得啦好瘦 幾乎睇唔到啲白條紋嘅脂肪 炸天婦羅蝦好大件好香脆 啱啱炸起仲好熱 但係 唔知係咪因為有天婦羅蝦熱嘅關係 舊壽司飯會好易散，最後我係分開咁食佢地甜蝦壽司我覺得佢嗰啲甜蝦有啲細條，不過味道都幾鮮甜都ok最後嘅甜蝦卷 甜蝦卷係 入面有啲 青瓜絲同埋蟹柳葉問題就post咗一大堆細 甜蝦同埋 蟹子 呢個配搭又幾好食
