To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去食元氣，見到佢新出咗個明太子薯條，就諗住試吓，嚟到之後明太子醬同埋薯條係分開嘅，啲薯條新鮮即炸，覺得好好食，再點埋啲明太子醬，有少少鹹味，覺得好好食， $22來講份量都算好多，值得推薦。另外，佢仲新出左個和牛壽司，好彩都唔伏，味道都唔錯。當然，我哋仲叫咗好多其他壽司，例如三文魚壽司、蟹子壽司、吞拿魚壽司、甜蛋壽司、仲叫咗個燉蛋等等。而家元氣新都係用火車帶送，比較特別，同埋依家改咗用手機Apps落單，覺得啲食物係即叫即整，比以前迴轉壽司更加衛生。
