難得今日同同事一齊收工,梗係去銅鑼灣大喜屋食放題啦,好耐冇食啦!入到去,原來呢都冇乜人食,所以環境幾寧靜,好適合傾計。一開始梗係嗌魚生先呀,首先試咗三文魚,入口即溶,又凍又新鮮,繼續狂encore。之後就是紋甲魷魚,事關本人真係好鍾意食魷魚,佢呢隻魷魚雖然一條條好細條,但係真係好煙韌,嗌左好多條之後梗係試食海膽手卷啦,啲飯又小,海膽又新鮮,冇腥味入口即溶。之後就係海膽拖羅魚生塔,海膽甜蝦壽司,鵝肝伴帶子,細細粒嘅花之戀,同埋黑松露油金魚,呢個配搭真係好特別,黑松露醬係畫龍點睛。跟住就係食炙燒芝士玉子,同埋大喜黃金蟹棒燒,呢兩件都勁大件勁抵夾埋啲芝士真係一流。呢一疊係我成間餐廳最鍾意食嘅嘢,就係燒三文魚壽司,同埋海鹽燒左口魚邊壽司啦!兩舊都入口即溶,燒到溶左落d飯度,仲有好香既炭燒味!天婦羅都係重點項目之一,炸得好脆,矮瓜南瓜簡直係超好味唔使講個炸蝦啦,一流。每次放題必食的芝士年糕。最後甜品項目,有牛乳拉動,焦糖布甸, Tiramisu,伯爵朱古力杯,全部都不過不失。
